Terms & Conditions of Global Asset Network PLT

Scope of Services

Global Asset Network PLT ("The Company") provides comprehensive business management services, leveraging expertise in Sales & Marketing, Human Resources & Administration, Accounting / Finance & Taxation, Project Management, and more. These services are offered to Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and corporations operating in Malaysia.


Service Engagement

Clients engaging our services shall enter into a formal agreement outlining the scope, duration, and terms of the engagement. This agreement will detail specific deliverables, responsibilities, and payment structures.


Client Confidentiality

The Company respects the confidentiality of all client information and data shared during the course of the engagement. We are committed to safeguarding client data and ensuring it remains confidential.


Fee Structure

The fees for our services will be determined based on the scope of work, complexity, and duration of the engagement. Clients will receive a transparent breakdown of fees before commencement of services.


Payment Terms

Clients are expected to adhere to the payment terms specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.


Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice within the terms stipulated in the agreement. Termination may also occur if either party breaches the terms and conditions outlined herein.


Regulatory Compliance

The Company is committed to operating within the bounds of all relevant Malaysian laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations specific to their business.


Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate and reliable services, The Company shall not be held liable for any financial, operational, or legal consequences arising from client decisions or actions taken based on our recommendations.


Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed or provided by The Company during the engagement remains the property of The Company unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes or disagreements, both parties commit to engaging in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution is not achieved, the matter will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Malaysian law.


Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified in writing of any changes, and the updated terms will apply to future engagements.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
